All vehicles registered in New South Wales require a safety inspection. If you Rego renewal notice states "Inspection Required", this means you must obtain a Vehicle Safety Check (known as a Plnk Slip).
Most vehicle inspections are a straight forward matter. If your car is in good condition, the Pink Slip can be completed in a short period of time. So this may be done while you wait.
Some vehicles, are in poorer condition or may not have been serviced regularly. The Vehicle Safety Check may highlight itemns on your auto that require immediate attention. At Jack's Auto Electrical we also perform mechanical repairs and can correct any defects found, so that you are back on the road safely.
Pink Slips are also called eSafety Inspection Reports. This State Government requirement verifies that your vehicle is safe and ready for the road and applies to most light vehicles that are more than 5 years old.
